On behalf of the Durham Bulls Baseball Team, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Part-Time Guest Services Staff (Host) to join us for the 2022 Baseball Season! As a Guest Services Staff (Host) you will offer friendly guidance and provide outstanding customer service to our fans. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, helpful, and friendly. We engage in fun company culture and offer many perks including referral bonuses, competitive wages, tips (where applicable), and free baseball games!

Responsibilities of Guest Services Staff:

  • Assist fans, companies, and organizations to their assigned seats and areas
  • Be on-site to check tickets
  • Answer any questions about the ballpark
  • Be a welcoming presence for our top-level fans
  • Model company culture and values

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive & friendly attitude
